Coleslaw

Ingredients

  • 2 big carrots
  • 4 leaves of cabbage
  • 2 oz fresh lime juice
  • 1 oz Maple Syrup
  • 1 oz Apple cider vinegar

Steps

  • Thinly slice carrots and cabbage into sticks and add to a large mixing bowl
  • Mix lime juice, maple syrup, and apple cider vinegar in a small bowl
  • Add dressing to large bowl and mix with carrots and cabbage until all are coated
  • Let sit overnight refrigerated
  • Serve with your favourite Southern fried chicken sandwich or on top of a Vietnamese pork noodle bowl
