Garlic Potato Sauce


  • ¼ cup olive oil (or neutral oil)
  • ¼ cup lemon juice
  • 2 boiled potatoes, at room temperature
  • 1 big clove of garlic, smashed
  • ¼ cup mayonnaise


  • Emulsify (by blending) oil and lemon juice
  • Add rest of ingredients and blend
