Rice Pudding


  • Rice
  • Water
  • Milk
  • Orange Blossom Water
  • Sugar


  • Make a watery batch of rice, cook until soft
  • Blend until smooth
  • Add 1-2L of milk depending on the desired consistency
  • Bring to a simmer while stirring?
  • Add 1-2 cups sugar to taste
  • Add orange blossom water
  • Remove from heat and spoon out into serving dishes
  • Wait for dishes to come to room temperature and then cool further in fridge
  • Optionally top with crushed pistachio
