Breakfast Bread
This egg based breakfast bread is a palette for creativity.
Instructions

Whisk together eggs, salt, pepper

Mix in dry ingredients, then add milk to get to medium thick consistency. The mixture is forgiving with over-whipping.

Add interior toppings which could include: spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms

Line pan with butter, olive oil, or choice grease

Pour mixture into pan

Then add topping ingredients which could include: feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, cooked bacon

Cook 25-30 minutes at 375F

Cooked when knife removed comes out clean. Once cooked, broil until top is browned to liking

## Ingredients
- 6 eggs
- Salt & Pepper
- 2 cups flour (substitute wheat free flour)
- 3/4 - 1 cup corn meal
- Couple pinches baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 - 1 cup milk (or dairy alternative) for consistency
- Interior toppings to liking (ie. spinach, bell peppers, mushrooms...)
- Topping ingredients to liking (ie. feta cheese, sun-dried tomatoes, cooked bacon...)
## Steps
