Instructions

    Let starter acclimate to room temperature

    Coat pot in water before adding milk to prevent sticking

  3. 3

    Add milk, heat on medium until 180F

  4. 4

    Pull off heat and let cool to 112-115F

  5. 5

    Add starter

  6. 6

    Cover and let sit 7-9h or longer until firm

  7. 7

    Refrigerate
