Make your water super salty, like think sea water, be generous, and let it boil rigorously

Add in green beans until they turn bright green, then immediately remove into ice bath or under cold running water

Combine 4 parts soy sauce, 2 parts brown sugar, 2 parts rice or malt vinegar in a bowl

Add oil to a pan and get it super hot, like you will almost fry those beans

Add the beans in so they get seared, then toss in the sauce, mix and reduce a bit

Shouldn't cook long otherwise it will be saggy - lame
