Mama's Meatballs
Traditional meatballs with roasted vegetables in tomato sauce
Instructions

Mix ground beef, garlic powder, pepper paste, black pepper, salt and coriander well with your hands

Form small meatballs, slightly larger than marbles

Caramelize in a pan with olive oil, only adding one layer

Transfer to a glass tray for serving

Cook cubed potatoes and sliced carrots with preferred seasoning mix, red pepper paste and corn oil in oven, covering with parchment for the first 20 minutes

Uncover potato mix in oven until cooked through

Add potato mix to meatballs in serving dish

Take 1 can of tomato paste, and caramelize in the pot that had the meatballs

Add a spoon of butter to the tomato paste, and as much water as desired

Add tomato mix to the serving plate as topping and enjoy <3
