Instructions

    Mix 3 eggs with ¾ cup sugar, (optional: a couple vanilla packets), ¾ cup yoghurt in a whisker

    Add in zest of one lemon, zest of one orange, ½ teaspoon orange blossom water, 3 tablespoon orange juice

    Mix in another bowl 2 cups plain flour and ½ teaspoon baking powder

  4. 4

    Fold dry into wet ingredients

  5. 5

    Add ½ cup vegetable oil to everything, make sure it is smooth

  6. 6

    Bake at 350°F until toothpick comes out clean

  7. 7

    Dust with icing sugar
