Instructions

    Peel potatoes or not… personal preference

    Boil potatoes until very soft

    Add 3 tbsp of butter

  4. 4

    Add ½ a cup of heavy cream

    Mix with a masher until fluffy, adding heavy cream until it is the consistency you prefer
