Wash chicken thighs with lemon and salt to reduce 'stinkiness'

Make your chicken marinade: lemon zest from 3 lemons, ⅓ cup of juiced lemon, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 garlic cloves crushed, thyme, rosemary or oregano (or all)

Marinate for however long (recommended 2 hours)

Place in oven in dutch pan (no lid) at 425°F until golden, flipping halfway through

Finish with a sprinkle of salt

- make your chicken marinade
- lemon zest from 3 lemons
- ⅓ cup of a juiced lemon
- 2 tbsp olive oil \- or whatever your heart is content with
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- thyme, rosemary or oregano (or all\!)
- Marinate for however long (recc 2 hrs)
- In the oven (dutch pan no lid) at 425 until golden, flipping halfway through
