Instructions

    Wash chicken thighs with lemon and salt to reduce 'stinkiness'

    Make your chicken marinade: lemon zest from 3 lemons, ⅓ cup of juiced lemon, 2 tbsp olive oil, 2 garlic cloves crushed, thyme, rosemary or oregano (or all)

    Marinate for however long (recommended 2 hours)

    Place in oven in dutch pan (no lid) at 425°F until golden, flipping halfway through

  5. 5

    Finish with a sprinkle of salt
